If you are finding that the checkout button is not working please check the following.
1. You are not using Internet Explorer. This is not a browser that is supported by our platform. We do support Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
2. You have cleared the cache from the browser, this can prevent from the options of Home Delivery and Click & Collect. To clear the browser cache simply click onto the webpage an press Ctrl+F5 (If that doesn’t work, try Shift+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R).
Unfortunately we are unable to change the contents of the existing meat hampers. You can however find all the contents of the hampers which are available online to build the hamper you want.
No, only products listed on the website are available for purchase.
We will however be updating our product list each week, we aim to add 5 new products per week so if you would like to buy something that we do not currently have on offer send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or submit a request through our contact page and we will look into it for you.
All our products are sent out fresh and in most cases can be frozen. Please always check the individual item labels for important information such as use by dates, allergens as these will vary per product.
We are using a new secure payment system for this website that has introduced additional checks against payments online, if you are having any difficulty with the payment process please contact us at email@example.com and we will review this for you.
If you have registered your details when ordering you will have the ability to login to your account and amend your address details. If you have already placed an order but your address details were incorrect email our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org we will amend the address before your order is dispatched.
It may be possible to add to your order so long as inform us with at least 2 days notice before your due delivery date. Unfortunately once the order is being processed it can no longer be possible to amend the order.
Whilst we endeavour to fulfil every order with the products requested, for reasons out of our control this may not always be possible, in the event of us having to substitute a products we will where possible try to inform you of this prior to dispatching your order.
