If you have previously registered on our former website Birtwsitles.net then you will need to register your account. We have moved onto a new platform and we have not transferred any account details across, so take a moment to register and so you can keep track of your orders. 

If you are using a PC to place your order and you currently have Microsoft Edge you may be on the earlier version that is not compatible with this site. If you upgrade your browser to the new version you will be able to process your order without any issues. 

We use DPD's 'Next Day' delivery service which covers mainland UK. There are some exceptions which you can are able to check using the DPD services lookup, you will need to check that the 'Next Day' service is available for your postcode. Please click for further delivery information.

Unfortunately we are unable to change the contents of the existing meat hampers and are looking into the options of a 'build your own' hamper. You can however find all the contents of the hampers which are available online to build the hamper you want. 

No, only products listed on the website are available for purchase.

We will however be updating our product list each week, we aim to add 5 new products per week so if you would like to buy something that we do not currently have on offer send us an email to orders@birtwistles.co.uk or submit a request through our contact page and we will look into it for you.

We are using a new secure payment system for this website that has introduced additional checks against payments online, if you are having any difficulty with the payment process please contact us at payments@birtwistles.co.uk and we will review this for you. 

If you have registered your details when ordering you will have the ability to login to your account and amend your address details. If you have already placed an order but your address details were incorrect email our customer services team at cs@birtwistles.co.uk we will amend the address before your order is dispatched.
